We would like to welcome you and thank you for making your way to our website. We invite you to relax, grab a beverage, find a comfortable place to chill and hang out as long as you like. If you need something and can't find it, please let us know. We want to make sure the information we provide meets your needs.

Whether you are buying or selling, we take assisting you very seriously. It's one of the biggest things you will do in your life and we want to make sure that we give you the best guidance we can. Rather than being "pushy salespeople", we like to take a more consultative approach and do our best to make sure that, as our client, you are educated on the process so you can make an informed decision. If you have a question you can't find the answer to in our "You Ask, We Answer" section, make sure and let us know. In order to make sure we give you the best guidance, we continue to further our real estate education and have our Accredited Buyer Rep (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations. We also both hold the designation of GRI - Graduate, Realtor Institute. The GRI is comparable to an accountant getting their CPA designation.

Interested to know a little more about us? We are Florida natives and have lived in this area since 1999. We have four great kids (two girls and two boys) and one granddaughter - our pride and joy! We are proud to say that both of our daughters are serving in the US Navy and Bill is a veteran having served in the US Coast Guard! We love the outdoors and when we aren't working, we look forward to finding time to hike, camp (we've even been known to tent camp in the snow), bicycle and get on the water by kayak or boat. We have plenty of opportunities for all of those things in this area and we will be happy to share our favorites with you.
